Welcome to the new blog for the Travis County Archives!  We’ll be using this blog to post news, new collections and new additions, as well as highlights and images from the Archives.  Check back frequently for the newest updates!

A little about the Archives: this a relatively new program with Travis County, dedicated to the preservation of county records and county history.  Established at the beginning of 2009, the Archives operates as part of the Records Management and Communication Resources department.  While the Archives is at the beginning stages of its development, we hope to see the program grow and flourish in the coming years.
